Amhara HAPCO Revised its
BPR-To Be
Being government institution Amhara HAPCO is implementing
BPR since April 1/2000 E.C in a manner that brings
responsibility, accountability, transparency, and
fast services delivery to enhance the country effort
to escape from extreme poverty.
Long ago ANRS recognized HIV as a center of development
agenda and decided to respond to the epidemic with
strengthened institutional arrangement. The commitment
of the government is not limited to have independent
coordinating body, but also covered all staff salaries
and closely follows up the business process reengineering.
