These Practical Guidelines have been developed through a consultative process within the UNAIDS, to which the Secretariat (including the Epidemic Monitoring and Prevention Team, Regional Support Teams and UNAIDS Country Offices) and all ten cosponsors have generously contributed their time and insights. HIV prevention experts from the UNAIDS’ Reference Group on HIV Prevention, and the Global HIV Prevention Working Group on HIV Prevention and the Global HIV Prevention Working Group convened by the Kaiser Family Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation were reviewers fog the guidelines, and their contribution have enriched and clarified the recommendations.
