Mission: To ensure the prevalence of industrial peace through an advocacy for the respect of the rights of both labor and management, and for the work environment that is safe and free from all hazards to workers' health as well as conducive to productivity; promoting job placement service. *Create the conditions necessary for enabling children, youth, women, families, the physical disable and all segments of society that are in difficult circumstances to be beneficiaries of social security schemes and development programs to prevent the prevalence of social problems; and to rehabilitate those segments of society victimized by various social problems.
